All Planet X, On-One and Titus products carry a minimum 2 year warranty for the original owner. Titanium frames extend this to 10 years. All other branded goods carry the full manufacturer's warranty which can vary in duration but will be a minimum of 1 year.
The warranty protects the customer against manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover issues arising from wear and tear, misuse, improper installation or crash damage.
If you want to return any item for a warranty inspection by our technical team:
1. Print off and complete the Planet-X Returns Form, letting us know the problem
2. Put the completed returns form in the pack
3. Print off and attach our Returns Address Label. Fill in your details (original sales order number, name and postcode)
4. Post it back to us at the following address:

We recommend you use a secure delivery method such as our nominated partner Collect+, which enables you to drop of your package at over 5200 local stores; making returning an item as convenient as possible.

Customers outside the United Kingdom, or customers with larger items, you must contact our returns team before returning any products. Our team will discuss with you the best method for recovering the faulty or incorrect goods and supplying your replacement.

Unfortunately, crashes do happen. So if you're unlucky enough to break your frame, we have a crash replacement policy to look after you. We offer the original owner a discretionary 2 year 'crash replacement' period to provide a new frame at up to 50% discount.
