Was given one of these as a Christmas present but was disappointed to find no instructions on how to set the code, etc Turns out that the instructions are on the website but are misleading. Instructions to hold the lower button much depend on which way up you are holding the lock. In my case, I assumed the top was the bit where the numbers are but pressing teh lower button had no effect. You need to press the SMALL button to set the lock and then it works fine. The lock itself is just what I need to give some protection to my shiny new bike, so looking forward to using it. Can't report yet on how durable it is, but looks OK.
