CBPXRRMFORDISC
The EC-130 is our race ready aero road bike. Designed to cut through the air maximising your efforts in and out of the saddle. Whether it be in a sprint to the line or a big effort to get that elusive KOM youve always wanted, the EC-130 has your back.
Featuring a sleek frame with smooth lines, its easy to see where the EC-130s priorities lie. Utilising an aero designed frame, fork and seatpost, youll be able to hold higher speeds with less effort than your average road bike. While stiff tubes mean quick acceleration, adding narrower tubes in the right places mean you wont be getting punished on longer rides too. Aggressive geometry keeps your weight low over the front of the bike to maximise the gains the frame has covered.
Srams Force 22 mechanical groupset keeps the overall weight down, utilising carbon crank arms and brake levers, while a wide a range 11-32 cassette provides gearing for all gradients. Rever Havit disc brakes provide are easy to maintain and service, with replaceable cables offered over hydraulic brake lines.
Fulcrum Racing 800 wheels allow tubeless compatibility, a deep aerodynamic profile to cut through the wind at higher speeds, while also being compliant enough for those rougher sections of road. Finishing off the build is the Selcof finishing kit with comfortable soft touch bar tape and a shallow rise bar.

Pedals not included? Why not?.
Pedal choice Its a personal thing. Most higher end bikes are expected to be ridden with clipless pedals. These are matched to cleats on the underside of your cycling shoes. There are a few standards of these, and most cyclists tend to stick with one standard across all their bikes. So, you dont need to buy multiple pairs of shoes! Thus, Planet X dont sell bikes with pedals included. If you wish to add pedals to your order, simply select an option from the drop-down menu.
