I did call to talk through the piece that I required ( the cage on the rear derailleur ) and was sent the mech hanger which is still siting in the garage as it was not worth sending it back.

Purchased a new bike from them last year and unfortunately had a crash on the bike resulting in damage to several parts..Need a rear wheel but Planet X wouldn't supply me a rear wheel on its own..Had to buy the front as well even though I don't need one..Found this very disappointing

Appears as well made as the original, nicely machined. Fitted in under two minutes. Perfect!
I ordered a part for my RT57 (rear mech hanger) which was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately I entered the wrong delivery postcode meaning it was returned to sender. Not a problem though, it was promptly redispatched by team PlanetX. Very happy.

My bent rear mech and hanger was quickly sorted out. I even got an upgrade for 25 from Tiagra to 105 thanks to their advice! I have been in to the Barnsley shop several times recently and had great service with the lads there keen to offer advice even on diy maintainance. Alway friendly. Still really happy with my Rt58 Alloy but seeing all of those nice shiny bikes keeps temping me to upgrade. Recent purchase was the 365 long sleeve jersey- bargain at 25 with a free High 5 sample box!!

Purchased an XLS for a part on part off road ride Newcastle to Edinburgh some 18 months ago, bike developed a squeal from bottom bracket near the end of ride, this was sorted immediately and without question when returning to the Sheffield showroom. Since then I have been using this bike for 40 mile round trips to work when possible, has stood up remarkably well to the grime of trans penning trail commute without any more issues ( normal wear and tear obviously chain etc) Would highly recommend, customer service has always been excellent.
