Protection, comfort, light weight, good looks and easy adjustability; the Carnac Quartz MTB helmet rewrites the rule books of what you should expect from your MTB helmet. A two-shot construction simultaneously moulds the upper and lower outer shell sections with the EPS liner. With no seams and cleaner moulding, you get a stronger lighter helmet that's built to last.

12 massive front facing vents work in tandem with 13 exhaust ports to ensure maximum airflow to keep you cool as you ride. Adjustable internal comfort pads and a 10cm adjustment range for each size means the Quartz excels at versatility. A removable peak is designed to break away in the event of a crash without damaging the helmet, and it's a five-second job to re-fit it, unlike many more expensive helmets.

Finished off with a front facing bug net help keep the bugs and trail debris on the outside the Carnac Quartz MTB helmet is perfect for Trail and XC riders who want good looking head protection, comfort and wide adjustable in a fairly priced helmet.

  • When fitting visor for the first time push the visor pins through the filled holes one at a time. Do not attempt to fit complete visor until all the holes have been cleared.

A correctly adjusted chinstrap is an integral part of the safety provided by any cycling helmet. If your chin strap isnt correctly tensioned there is a risk that the strap may pull through the buckle. Always make sure that the chin strap is adequately cinched up every time you put your helmet on. A loose chin strap potentially reduces the effectiveness of your helmet.

Size guidance: To help choose the correct size helmet for your head measure around the widest part of your head, about an inch above your ears, with a soft tape measure, or piece of string. If you're 58cm go for the larger size.
