Excellent

It was expected and bought, but it's used twice, and plastics has broken. It was good, so the drop of dirt is regrettable.

I thought all chain cleaners were built equal - not so! Terrible chain cleaner. Used once and chucked it in the bin.

Quality made in Italy, cleans very well, stays in place in use, haven't used the degreaser or lube that came with it, lube looks very thin.

After the incorrect product was delivered and returned on 2 seperate occasions and being made to wait over a week, for them to 'contact the warehouse to check stock levels', even after numerous emails and a phone call in which I was told I would have to speak to the person dealing with it, who just so happened to be on lunch, but they would get them to 'email me', I have yet to receive my correct item, after a month of waiting!

Great and easy to use , and does a good job

First time I saw such an item and what a great idea and product.

Quick delivery, easy ordering, not the first time I've ordered from them and won't be the last.

Does the job, made a heck of a difference. I cycle back and forth to work along a sandy promenade, so need to get the salt and sand off my chain regularly, this makes it an easy job.
