Good needed to use a few times now and never let me down.
Between my wife and I this is the second bike we've bought from Planet X. Their staff have always been helpful, friendly and interested. They were happy to tweak build spec to suit and even humoured me when I managed to buy the wrong frame size which they swapped over with no quibble whatsoever.
Small and light, it fits in my on-board spares kit. I haven't needed to use it yet.
