SERVICE AND ATTENTION VS CUSTOMER IS VERY BAD, I HAD ORDERED A TYPE OF REAR DER.THAT FITS A FRAME -NEW TYPE FIRELINE AND THE PLANET-X HAS SENT ANOTHER TYPE, NOW AFTER THAT THE FRAME IS STOPPED SINCE 5 WEEKS FOR THEIR WRONG INFO.S , THE SAME FRAME WILL BE STOP FOR ANOTHER WEEKS BECAUSE I MUST SEND THE WRONG F. DER . TO THE COMPANY WITH MY MONEY .IT IS ALL CRAZY !!!!
