Sent me the wrong coloured item, I queried if the picture was just incorrect - they asked me to send them back and they would send the correct item. The item in the colour I requested was out of stock so they issued me a refund - but I would have just kept the original tyres if they had told me this. I contacted support again and let them know I still wanted a set of the tyres, so they setup the order for me again but with free delivery. I phoned payment through for this item ... and waited a week. I asked for the tracking number a on this only to find out they hadn't even been dispatched. Very fast deliver when they were eventually dispatched though.

Great tyres
Got these for an off road single speed trail bike - and they are perfect for that - light, fast, grippy and quiet - at least in the dry. Very easy fit and run true from the get go, so quick to swap if you feel the need to. "Black with white" effectively means white walls, which suits my bike/tastes but might not suit yours
