Michele Bartoli Here We Come!

Hot on the heels of our visit to the Garda Bike Festival in northern Italy the Planet X crew are heading south into Tuscany to the Michele Bartoli Granfondo where the Team Guru race team will be competing to retain their top ranking status. We'll also be displaying a full range of Nanolight bikes in the expo area so if you're heading down (or competing) be sure to come and find us.

If you didn't already know, the Italian granfondo's are mass start long distance road races open to everyone- amateurs and professionals alike. Take a scenic, mountainous course and mix in roving and fixed mechanical and medical support, feed zones, traffic free zones and enthusiastic and supportive spectators lining the course and you get a great event full of energy, excitement and true Italian atmosphere.

The Planet X Team Guru are currently leading this season's team competition in the Granfondo series so they have a lot to compete for- we're expecting an action packed race!

En route to Tuscany we'll be taking the opportunity to call in on a number of key Italian suppliers to secure new orders of more top quality Italian road kit for you to enjoy at industry leading prices. Expect new lines from Gipiemme, Art Selle, Prologo and Guerciotti amongst others….

If you can't make it be sure to follow our coverage on Facebook and in the news section of the website. But we'd be really keen to hear from anyone competing too- please get in touch using the comments below and come and see us! We'd love to know what you think to this event and hope to see you there….
