Ride Away Today for 499.99

There is no need to wait for your new Planet X RT-58 Alloy with these pre-built, ready to ride bikes. Assembled by our Cytech qualified mechanics to the highest standard, they're all yours for just £499.99. It’s a deal that you simply cannot afford to miss.

The alloy version to our much-loved RT-58 range benefits from the same comfort led geometry as the RT-58 Carbon, but profits from a more shock absorbent frame. This allows you to cruise over bumps keeping vibration fatigue at bay, so you can pedal harder for longer. Reduced back ache and bum pain from longer rides is also massive bonus. Saying this, we’ve managed to maintain the speed element of the RT-58 Carbon by keeping stiffness around the bottom bracket, fitting the RT-58 Alloy with an oversized downtube for better power transfer and controlled handling. So whether you’re after a reliable commuter or a sturdy winter trainer the RT-58 will excel at both.

We’re really spoiling you for choice with a fantastic Sram Apex and a Shimano Tiagra build, representing astounding value for money on your winter trainer or every day commuter. SRAM is at the forefront of cycling components with their racing department providing groupsets for pro teams competing at the highest level of competition around the world. Apex utilises the same DoubleTap technology that trickles down from the elite level, meaning you can get high performance components without the pricetag associated with the flagship models.

Used by many elite riders, Shimano is best know for its Dura Ace groupset operating Shimano’s innovative STI shifters, offering the pinnacle in lightweight, stiff and precise cycle gearing. Shimano Tiagra 10-speed taps into this rich vein of cycling excellence but means you won't have to break the bank doing so. This matches Planet X’s ethos and makes Tiagra the perfect fit for our most affordable road bike.

So, stick to your groupset allegiance or play the field, which ever you chose you will not be dissapointed with the any RT-58 build.
