British Rule in Spain

Just in from Spain - Planet X new signings Ritchie Nicholls and Eimear Mullan get the 2014 Race season under way.

"Well, it might not be the biggest race in the world but as they say "A Wins a Win". The first big block of Spanish training under the tutelage of Spencer Smith was topped off with a nice victory in the local 5k / 20k / 5k duathlon. A solid first run around 15 min 5k , group of 4 on the bike but was a bit easy so broke away and solo after 3km, had over 1 min into T2 2nd run solid tempo."

"Now its back to Belfast and reality for some Irish wind and rain and no more hanging around in the Spanish sun."
