Titus Lifetime Frame Warranty

Titus Lifetime Warranty terms and conditions

Warranty Conditions

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS:

TITUS bikes are designed to perform year after year. Finding a defect in one of our frames is a rare occasion, should this happen we want to keep you and your adventures on track with the TITUS Lifetime Warranty.

  • All TITUS High Performance Titanium Frames carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to the original owner.
  • TITUS will replace your product, depending upon the identified issue.
  • All alignment and cosmetic discrepancies will need to be addressed with in the first 15 days from receipt of the bike. After the initial 15 days, any frame alignment and/or cosmetic issues will be considered as normal wear and tear and will not be covered by the limited lifetime warranty of the frame.

There are extreme circumstances that may affect the TITUS Lifetime Warranty.
Deliberately throwing your TITUS bike off the top of El Capitan as you traverse the Yosemite National Park would trigger some questions at the TITUS Warranty department but as a general rule, if you use your TITUS bike as it was designed for we will help you get back on two wheels the best way we can.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • All components of your bike made by other manufacturers will be covered by the warranty policy of the respective company (SRAM, Shimano, Rock Shox, Selcof, etc). Please address any warranty or repair issues directly with them.
  • Frames that have been modified, poorly maintained, used for commercial purposes, misused, or abused or involved in accidents.
  • Frames whose serial number or other identifying marks have been altered, defaced, removed or are otherwise unreadable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of removing ALL parts and components including headset and bottom bracket bearings before your frame is shipped to TITUS and the cost of re-assembly when your frame is returned to you.
  • Damage occurring during shipment (such claims must be presented directly to the shipper).
  • Frames that are purchased used, or in not-new condition.
