The Record frame was really well finished with superb Gloss black paint, used spare garage bits to make a classic but practical training bike. 2 x 10 speed Shimano 105/Tiagra Group-set, Dura-ace down-tube shifters, Shimano RS10 wheels destickered, it rides really well and only weighs just over 9 KG, Frame set was a bargain at £269. Stronglight chainrings are a good look on the limited budget.

thants gorgeous, personally I'd prop it against a wall at my local cafe, sit down and take in the admiring stares.
Great looking build, I'd take that over any plastic thing any day.
