Almost perfect! Been running these on my hard tail for a month now and I can honestly say they are the doggies danglers! The inserts work perfectly and eliminate a lot of buzz and give a bit more Cush on the harder hits. And all for half the price of the nearest rival. However, the valves are absolutely awful. Took me three attempts to fit because the valves cant actually hold the core at any real pressure! The flimsy plastic just splits. So, yes. Buy these. But bin off the valves and treat yourself to some decent ones and youre on to a winner!

I have been running tubeless for a few years and recently have been getting a lot of tyre squirm, the rear tyre specifically. I didnt really want to increase the pressure as the grip is good and rides well. I have had a day at Antur Stiniog and was worried about pinch flats and living in Yorkshire the rocky terrain here made me want to try inserts. I received these on Thursday and fitted to the bike very easily. i ride 29x2.6 and was advised to get the one for up to 2.5 tyre width, these fitted easily and the valves seem to be very good quality. They are a very simple idea and the foam is pliable but helps the tyre maintain its form when riding berms and rock gardens. My first impression is that they certainly help increase grip and tyre stability, the ride is smoother and there is less trail chatter, they seem to help absorb the small bumps in a more controlled manner than just the tyre would. I haven't ridden them on full on rock gardens but am heading back to stiniog soon and am looking forward to see what the difference is. These may not be as good as some other brands, i have no point of reference for that, but what I would say is, for the price, they are certainly worth experimenting with, and the carbon valves are worth the cost on their own.
