Warranty and Crash Replacement

All Planet X, On-One and Titus products carry a 2-year warranty as standard for the original owner. Warranty on Titanium frames is extended to 5 years. All other branded goods carry the full manufacturer's warranty, which may vary in duration but will be a minimum of 1 year.

The warranty protects the customer against manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover issues, problems or damage arising from wear and tear, misuse, modification, improper installation or crash damage.

Warranty Returns Process:

Follow these steps if you want to return an item you have purchased for an inspection by our Warranty Technicians:

1. Print off and complete the Planet X Returns Form, letting us know the problem: Click here to view the form

2. Put the completed returns form in with the item you are returning

3. Print off and attach our Returns Address Label. Fill in your details (original sales order number, name, and postcode)

4. Post it back to us at the following address:

Please note: we will reimburse postage for all faulty or warranty repair items up to a Value of £10. Please see our Returns Page for more details and info on more costly returns.

We recommend you use a secure delivery method such as a trusted professional Courier service, and if you're in the UK you can use our nominated partner Collect+, which enables you to drop off your package at over 5200 local stores convenient to you.

Note: customers outside the United Kingdom, or customers with larger items, you must contact our Returns Team before returning any products. Our team will discuss with you the best method for recovering the faulty or incorrect goods and supplying your replacement.

Warranty relating to third party suppliers

Where there is a warranty case relating to a part from an third party supplier a replacement will be sought from the third party supplier as spares are not kept in stock. Please note this can sometimes take up to several weeks depending on the supplier.

Crash Replacement

Unfortunately, crashes sometimes happen. So if you're unlucky enough to damage your frame, we have a crash replacement policy to look after you. We offer the original owner a discretionary 2-year 'crash replacement' period to provide a new frame at a discount of up to 50% off the RRP price depending on how soon you crash.
