Here at Planet X we pride ourselves on our fast delivery, making sure you get your orders as quickly and easily as possible. Below is some information on how we get your goods to you and how much it will cost, no matter where you live in the world*.
Please allow 3-5 working days for a standard order to be shipped. "Priority" orders are aimed to be picked same-day and dispatched on our fastest standard service.
For orders placed through Royal Mail Tracked 24® we aim for same day dispatch for orders placed before 3pm UK Time Monday to Friday.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or at the weekend, will not be despatched until the following Monday.
On bank holiday weekends, orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or at the weekend including the bank holiday Monday, will not be despatched until the following Tuesday.
The delivery method and delivery charges will be shown at checkout when ordering. Please Note at times of heavy sale deliveries may take longer.
We only use reputable Couriers for all of our deliveries. We entrust them to deliver our products safety and quickly to our customers worldwide.
Upon despatch of your order, you will receive a 'despatch email' confirming which Courier is delivering your order to you - this despatch email also provides you with a tracking number.
If you don't have your tracking number, disagree with the information provided by the courier, or believe the Courier has let you down, please contact our customer service team using our contact us page. We will investigate and resolve any issues for you.
Postage costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the basket screen. The cost will depend on the size and weight of the products being ordered.
All items are despatched from our UK warehouse.
Transit Times vary depending on the Country but are typically between 5 and 10 days. Your tracking number will clearly show you the progress of your order and your expected delivery date.
Your order may be subject to local duty / import taxes, if these apply. These are the receiver’s responsibility and will be payable locally.
The courier should advise you of any charges. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what amount could be charged on your order.
If local import / customs charges are refused or not paid by the receiver, then the item could be returned to On One, or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return.
Please note: if this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order, and we would not refund any original postage costs. We would only refund for the returned products, minus any costs incurred by On One.
Exclusions from Next day delivery
Please note we are unable to offer next day delivery to certain postcodes areas due to carrier restrictions. The following post code zones are not included in our next-day-delivery, Saturday and Sunday offering. Channel Islands & Northern Ireland, AB31-38. AB41-56, FK17-21, HS1-9,KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25, IV1-41, IV52-54, IV63, PA21-40, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
British Forces BFPO
We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at the UK Standard Delivery rate, there is no surcharge from On One for delivering to BFPO addresses. There are some restrictions on which products can be sent however we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to the BFPO website -click here
If you are placing an order for delivery to Norway, please include your Personal Identification number (PIN) in the 'Courier instructions' box at Checkout. All orders without a PIN will be automatically returned to sender by our Couriers, as they will be unable to deliver it.
