I ordered this tire in November 2013. I currently live in Spain and the tire is difficult to find. The package arrived later than I expected in December and I was back in the UK. It was returned to sender. This was when the problems really began. I managed to get you to resend it but in January (again a bit later than I would have hoped) I received the wrong order. I contacted you and agreed to forward this incorrect order on my own time to the correct address. I did so and was informed I would receive a refund for the postage paid and a credit note in appreciation of the time required to resend it recorded delivery. At the same time my order for the tire was to be resent. The tire did not arrive. I received the refund for the recorded delivery postage but no credit note as recompense for my valuable time. I sent several emails to ask about progress on my tire (in fact I sent several emails throughout this saga) and they were not answered. I tried phoning but after waiting on the line for 30 mins (costing me €20+ when calling from Spain) I gave up. Finally an email was sent to me in April (5 months after my order was made) and the tire was finally sent. I received it recently but the credit note for my time and trouble was never added. I wouldn't want to blame any individual for this because systems can sometimes be problematic. But all in all a very bad experience.
